A vin mousseux de qualité, this bottle fermented rosé is made from Loire Valley varietie, notably Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fruity and complex; great value!
SInce 1886, Grandin has produced an excellent quality sparkling wine from the Loire Valley, exclusively by the “Méthode Traditionelle”. Identical to the method used in Champagne, the “Méthode Traditionelle” requires rigorous grape selection, constant quality, and a minimum 12 month second fermentation.
A bright, fruity rosé inspired by Loire Valley traditions. This rosé obtains its brilliant pink color by doing a longer pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press. The juice then undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being put in bottles to form its bubbles through the méthode traditionnelle. It is aged for a minimum of 9 months to ensure that the lees impart the maximum aromas and finesse to the wine.
