Produced from the Home Block and Sam Rose’s vineyard. Grapes are carefully hand picked and returned in small bins to the winery for settling and fermentation in 4,000 litre open top French oak cuves. The wine is carefully aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barriques before final analysis and blending.
