Original Czech Absinth, Green Fairy has an intriguing history that dates back to the dark ages of 1500’s. The Absinth has been carved out of an ancient culture using local woodland ingredients including wormwood - a herb used in early medicine. These herbs and botanicals are infused or “macerated” in high proof neutral spirits making it a superb base spirit for a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks.
